Effective date: 1 August 2026
The short version: MixyPot collects no data. None. The app has no internet access, no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party code. Everything your child makes stays on your device.
Nothing. MixyPot contains no networking code of any kind. It cannot send information anywhere, and it does not collect, store, or share any personal information — from children or adults.
Saved color mixes and app settings (such as sound and speech preferences) are stored only on your device, using your device's standard local app storage. They never leave the device, and they are deleted when you delete the app.
MixyPot is designed for children and is built to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR's rules for children, Apple's Kids Category guidelines, and Google Play's Families Policy. Because the app collects no data at all, no personal information about your child is ever gathered, and there is nothing for us — or anyone else — to see, sell, or share.
MixyPot shows no advertising and contains no in-app purchases.
MixyPot is provided free of charge, as is. On iOS, your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android, by the Google Play Terms of Service.
If a future version of the app ever changes any of the above (for example, by adding an online feature), this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be clearly described.
